The Final Countdown starts for another season in the great history of Norwich Dragons HC!

A big welcome to our new Dragons for this season, either returning to the Club, new to the Club or progressing through our youth ranks to adult teams, we also welcome back our existing Dragons!!

A lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes to get the season off the ground, so please repay that work by playing the game in a way that shows you are proud to be a Dragon.  Please also look at ways you can volunteer to help out at the Club this season, everyone at the Club is a volunteer, please play your part.

New ventures this season sees our first ever Men’s 6th team and Ladies 7th team, with the first game of the season for the Ladies 7s playing the Ladies 6s, our very own Dragon Quest!

We also have our first scheduled league fixture under the floodlights at the Den, with a 5pm pushback for the Men’s 1s against the newly formed North Norfolk.

Pre-season training and fixtures have been excellent, showing great commitment and effort from all coaches and players, let’s take this into the new season and make more history for the Club!!

Our first social of the season on Saturday night was a great success, good to see so many little Dragons at the start of the evening, great food and drink in the middle of the evening, and clearly too much drink and not enough food for some late in the evening/early morning!

Bring on 2014-15!
