Do you know someone that hasn’t played hockey for a few years, or lots of years, or not at all, and might want to give hockey a go? It could be a Mum, sister, auntie, niece, cousin or friend?
Ladies’ Get Back Into Hockey sessions are running for a few weeks from Monday 13th May (6.30pm to 7.30pm) to give players a chance to step out onto the hockey pitch and have fun whilst being coached in the basics of hockey. Many of our existing players have progressed to playing in our teams via this route.
An experienced and friendly coaching team will help dispel any nerves, whilst the participants need no experience at all.
In previous years we’ve welcomed ladies that have never played and our record for returning to hockey after a break was over 40+ years! We’ve seen girls aged 15 up to ladies aged 75 come along.
If you’ve just joined the Club and have limited experience, or know someone that might enjoy these fun focused sessions, then please email [email protected] to register.
