Since the opening of the TCH Dragon’s Den on Hall Road in Norwich, by Olympian Richard Alexander, Norwich Dragons Hockey Club Men’s 3s have not lost a game at their fantastic new home, that’s two full seasons. Thanks to this home form at the Den and being unbeaten this season, the with just two draws throughout the whole of the season, the team have secured their second consecutive Championship title under the captaincy of the legendary George Walker.
Even more of a legend for Norwich Dragons and Norwich Union Hockey Club though, is Adrian Kemp, having been top scorer for the team this season with 19 goals, Adie started playing for the Club in the mid-70s and was part of the 1976 Men’s 1st XI champions team that were promoted to Greene King East Premier.
