WHEN: Saturday 26th April 2014 timings 7pm – 2am (under 18s until 11pm unless accompanied by a pre-agreed adult taking full responsibility for them – see full Under 18s Rules below)
VENUE: Sprowston Manor, Wroxham Road, Norwich, England NR7 8RP (www.MarriottSprowstonManor.
DRESS CODE: Smart (ideally DJ’s, but not compulsory).
FOOD: A 3 course meal with coffee and mints – up to 2 different meal choices (plus vegetarian). See menu choices below, which are also listed on the website.
ENTERTAINMENT: Disco to play your favourite tracks until the early hours.
COST: £28 over 18s and £26 under 18s.
GUESTS: Welcome but must buy a ticket. You can enter your Guest’s details via the above link.
PAYMENT: You can either pay online or by cheque/cash to captains.
AWARDS VOTING: A separate email requesting your votes for your Team Player of the Season and Club Person of the Year will be issued in the coming weeks. This season the most improved player will be decided by the respective Selection Committees, which consists of the Captains and Club Captains, who have a good overview of all players across the Club.
AUCTION: To help raise club funds, we will be holding a small auction on the night, if anyone would like to donate a suitable item, please email [email protected]
Under 18s Ground Rules:
– ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOL – including no asking of adults to buy alcohol
– All under 18s must be picked up and leave by 11pm, unless accompanied by a pre-agreed adult taking full responsibility for them
– A pre-arranged lift must be organised and the lift must be prompt
– Young Dragons come with ample money to buy their own soft drinks
– Young Dragons come with a fully charged phone with credit to phone their lift if they want to go earlier or their lift is late
